You seem to forget that they have promptly acquired a significant chunk of males fit for an autopsy (but only after the draft, tee-hee) on newly-annexed territories of Ukraine. Besides, Russia continues to adapt, whereas Ukrainian authorities initiate ever more harsh and desperate calls to mobilization, often degrading as low as to hunt men on the streets.
