Ukrainian government needs ca. USD100 bln per year to cover its expenses, including money that it pays to its soldiers. Obviously, the EU alone cannot provide more than, realistically speaking, one fifth of said sum.

However, the war probably will continue till the last breath of Zelensky, because on the next day after peace agreement there will be standing a long line of volunteers aiming to hang him. And from both sides of former front they will arrive.
