There are dozens of them. Dozens

As per NYT, dozens of Nobel laureates (presumably, in Physiology or Medicine) have written an open letter describing Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s selection for HHS secretary as “detrimental to public health” and urging the US Senate to oppose his nomination to lead HHS in the future Trump’s second administration.

I can hardly be deemed neutral in this case, as I repeatedly stated that, were I able to vote during the US elections (being a foreign citizen, I am not), I’d have chosen the third option decisively, i.e., RFK Jr & Nicole Shanahan, if only they had not quit the race.

However, I suspect that I am not the only one who sees a remarkable resemblance of this letter to (in)famous Politico story of October 2020, where “dozens of former intel officials” stated as a matter of fact that Hunter Biden’s laptop affair was a “Russian disinfo,” aimed at discrediting Joe Biden’s candidacy before 2020 elections.

As we now perfectly know, “dozens of former intel officials” based their opinions on nothing better than sympathy to the Dem Party.

Well, may “dozens of Nobel laureates” get the presidential pardon likewise Hunter Biden, if they happen to share the same art and need. Honestly, I’m not at all against “preventive pardon” from JB to Fauci et al.; it’ll only pave the way for the next administration to pardon people who deserve such a gesture from the President of the US more, and for healthier reasons.

I have an additional suggestion for American health authorities: to implement, at last, something analogous to the Formula 1 World Constructors’ Championship during 2028 Los Angeles Olympics on the US soil. I’d suggest christening it Olympics Pharmacologists’ Championship.
