One thing is all but guaranteed: the chosen few inside the Ukrainian oligarchy and kleptokracy will become significantly richer, or, worst case scenario, simply recoup the losses they had suffered during destruction of Azovstal and Azovmash plants. I think Ashraf Ghani could teach them a couple of relatively legal tricks.
