My own tolerance to glitches of "democratic governance" crashed hard after the Quarantine Pandemics, but, at least, the overwhelming majority of politicians who sheepishly adopted lockdown measures, often undistinguishable from camps concenration, were then sweeped out of their offices (see fates of Ardern, Morrison, Marin, Varadkar, Boris Johnson etc.). It appears that only Trudeau dynasty is still chugging along.

The very fact that such a cleansing became possible restored some gaiety, though, of course, the Quarantines didn't end sensu stricto, for the proxy world war then just switched to more conventional military phase, and the rate of globalization’s dismantling only quickened.
