Methods employed by South Korea, China, Taiwan, Singapore, or even Russia, Spain and France, are brutally restricting human rights and freedoms (tracking measures that destined to remain with us for years to come, every who says otherwise is either sweet summer child or some politician’s toad). In the country with long traditions of federalism and individualism rooting down to the bone marrow, the country where people started to stockpile guns at first signs of incoming storm, that’s not a realistic perspective, three letter agencies and Patriot Acts notwithstanding. That said, possible violations of the Fifth Amendment based on coronavirus tracking are too diverse to remain hypothetical.
