It's a matter of probability distribution. Someone should have it. Someone had to be the Queen, even if any person's chances were tiny. Humans tend to create strong hierarchies, this is essentially a cornerstone feature of our adaptability that allowed us to conquer Earth, and in future, I hope, stars.

Without hierarchical society long-term efforts that require coordination of many hands, heads, eyes, and brains, couldn't have been implemented, and highly likely we'd never make Exodus from Africa.
