In Russian, the answer could be: Мощно задвинул. Внушает.

Not for nothing British scientists turned into a running joke in modern Russian net culture. Maybe he works as scientist in his free time...

by the way, I noted that since the Ukrainians ceased to achieve any meaningful successes (more than a year ago), ISW became a Ukrainian mouthpiece, not an analytical centre per se: they describe events from the point of view desirable for Ukrainian side (where folks are blatantly indifferent to disasters of the country they’re administering on behalf of the West), dropping any attempts to criticize obvious blunders or papering-over-the-cracks (Krynky, Bakhmut, late stages of 2023 moronic counteroffensive etc.), while true concurrent interpretation can be seen in their reports only rarely, if at all. Then again, too strong is ISW's affiliation with Kagan/Nuland family of hardcore neocons and other hysterical warmongers in Washington and London, who genuinely seek to perpetuate the Ukraine war on attrition as long as it takes the lucrative military contracts. The fact that the war is unwinnable, the unilateral withdrawal unrealistic, and the healthy peace agreement unreachable, seems to suit them fully. Just like it suits Russia, but for other reasons, mostly related to internal refactoring.
