I'm, like I said to other commenters here, a foreigner, and Trump's most interesting decision as of now is to turn off the tap of USAID. We could now observe various layers of the American neoconservative liberal "soft power" net of (supposedly) benevolent influence (didn’t, perchance, I say iniquity?) as if in exploded view, or lavishly illuminated from deep within. ;)
