I have said ereyesterday that they're in emigration, or behind the bars, but it looks like Zelenskyy wants a concatenation, rather than a disjunction, of those options. Probably the fiercest critic of his regime among emigrees, Anatolii Shariy, was detained in Spain. Before the war Shariy and his eponymous political party had demonstrated clear sympathies towards Russia; however, with the onset of invasion Shariy strongly condemned both Zelenskyy and Putin, as well as war crimes enacted in occupied parts of the Ukraine, calling this war an absolute catastrophe. Now he will almost surely face high treason charges back home. Or worse (read about fate of Oles’ Buzina).
