Hilariousness of such a clumsy anti-Trump hoax aside, I find the following results to be of some interest. Poll conveyed by Vzglyad, one definitely loyalist Russian electronic newspaper. I honestly feel for Kremlin propaganda workers who now must ditch a great part of “creative content” they were fostering so thoroughly during the last three years. Some of the so-called Z-bloggers, mostly those who’re wholeheartedly committed to the military agenda and became quite rich due to various donations they tend to steal a good share of, are risking their mental health. Though I doubt that there’ll be a lot of “causalties” like Morozov, who seems to have adopted some kind of Bushido code.

According to their survey, only slightly more than a quarter of respondents feels excitement about incoming Russo-American détente. Anxiety still prevails in almost a half of all votes (it seems that answer has been chosen by those who would prefer for the war and sanctions to continue, as for them war is the goal, not a tool; a remarkable similarity to surveys created under the auspices of Zelensky and his cronies), while about 1/7 of voters declare their indifference. This is despite all warmth that Kremlin welcomes Trump’s initiatives with.
