Here on Medium, the Partner Program is one of the most absurdly built among the sites I frequent... Suffice to say, it doesn't even count views stats properly, and puts rewards into strict conditional dependence upon intensity of claps, not the number of views, reads, and comments; responses views and claps stats, meanwhile, are totally ignored.

Hence I decided to abstain from their Partner Program fully; I keep all my articles open, avoiding any paywalls. Though, of course, I write mainly in Russian and for Russian-speaking community here, which is, naturally, meagre; so paywall in any case would’ve brought me more harm than good in my subscribers’ eyes, tee-hee.
