He perfectly knows that Ukraine has zero chances at joining NATO; his usual dirty word salad of emotional diplomacy. That said, he, indeed, may be ousted soon.

The statement would indicate that Zelensky's mandate is not questioned by the Ukrainian people or the Verkhovna Rada "as long as it takes". Fail. 4 % looks like a pretty realistic or even ballooned estimate.
